These are processed by our AI systems to generate titles, descriptions, and location tags.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access the App, such as your device type, operating system version, and usage patterns (e.g., which features you accept or reject).

• Process your AI requests (e.g., analyzing a photo to tell you what's inside).

• Data Shared: We securely transmit audio recordings, transcribed text, and image metadata to these providers.
• Purpose: This data is processed specifically to categorize items and generate accurate descriptions for your inventory.
• Protection: Each third-party AI provider is contractually obligated to provide the same level of data protection as Sortidy, ensuring your information remains secure and confidential.

We may share information with strictly selected third parties:

• Service Providers: We use third-party vendors (e.g., Firebase for hosting/database, RevenueCat for subscriptions, OpenAI/Google Gemini for AI processing). These vendors have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can delete your account and associated data directly within the App's settings under "Account Management".

Sortidy does not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
